Helping Dad

Shawn has been working on the house a lot lately. Dominick love to spend time with his Dad. He has been right there for every nail. If Shawn even mentions he is going to work on the house, Dominick quickly puts on his shoes and runs outside to help. It is so cute and even though the work would go so much quicker, Shawn finds a job for Dominick to do. When he is cutting a board it is Dominick's job to brush the saw dust off of the saw. If he is nailing a board up, it is Dominick's job to hold the nails and he lets him hammer a bit. Dominick really wanted to help paint today so Shawn bought him a roller and got a garbage sack and made a smock for him. It was so cute to see him work with his Dad. "We good painters huh Dad."





I am so glad that Dominick and Shawn have been able to spend this time together. Dominick thinks his Dad is the greatest Dad in the world and wants to be just like him. He usually has a hat on all the time ....just like his Dad. Too bad he forgot today or the picture would have been even better. Cutest boy in the world.
