Tonight we did the traditional Easter Egg coloring! It was a lot of fun. Holland had a great time picking the color she would do next. Chloe played like the "Old" teenager that didn't care but I think she really had a good time.
Dominick really got into it this year. He loved the color blue and kept grabbing eggs and throwing (you think I am kidding) yes throwing them into the blue color. He finally figured out that he could color the eggs any of the colors on the table and then we couldn't stop him. He grabbed every egg he could get his hands on and then he started grabbing the eggs that already had color.
Brittin grabbed a pen and wrote "You crack me up" on one of the eggs. Brittin has such a little sense of humor. She was so proud of herself that she cracked herself up.
Like I said before...Chloe tries to make everyone think she doesn't care about this kid's stuff, but she had a great time coloring and adding glitter on her egg she colored in Bull Dog colors. For those that don't live in "Friday night lights" otherwise known as Kearney, those are Purple and Gold.
We had glitter eggs this year. You color the eggs and when they are dry you put some "Glitter stickum" on it and put the egg in a bag and shake it.
"It's shake-n-bake and I helped!"
And when we were all done, our hands were as colorful as the eggs.
And to keep with tradition now for Holland ...with every cute picture we need a funny face picture. So here it is!
What a great ending to a great day!

Looks Fun!
