Holland and Dominick tried soccer this year. They did great!! Holland really excelled at it. She loved it! She quickly figured out that guarding the goal was important so anytime someone from the other team had the ball no matter where they were on the field she would run and guard the goal...even if they were all on the opposite side of the field. Needless to say soccer tired her out! She has asked to do it again. She wants to play "on a real team. Where they make real goals." This was just for fun. So they didn't keep track of the score. It was a great experience for her first year. I am so proud of her for trying!
Some of the days were really cold and wet. Soccer wasn't fun for Holland on those days. She loved playing though and hopes to do it again next year.
Melanie came to visit and was able to come and see the kids play soccer. Such entertainment!
