American Girl Party

The library here in Kearney is great. They do all of these fun activities and parties. This week they had an American Girl party. It just happened to be on Monday so we used it as our Family Night activity. When we got there the girls learned a Russian dance. Dominick even had a good time with this one. He jumped into the middle of the circle and dance with every one.



Then they got to play charades and Brittin did a great job!



Holland got to have a turn too. Her word was Full House.




The last activity was to decorate eggs. Holland loves art projects and was in heaven. She and her little friend Jorja had a great time laughing and decorating.




Brittin had fun too. She stayed with her friend Kacey the whole time. Kacey just told us last week she is moving to Utah. This was a great way for her to spend a little time with her before she goes.






Chloe and Shawn had a mean game of checkers in the Tween section at the back of the library.




After they were all done with the projects the got a treat. This was so much fun. Chloe didn't think she would enjoy it but she had a great time too. Dominick was a wild man running all over but he even made an egg and proudly displaying it on his dresser.
